Everett Mills
The Everett Mills has anchored Lawrence’s Downtown for over 100 years providing affordable, flexible space meeting the needs of a diverse tenancy. Join an interesting mix of first class office, high tech, health and human service providers, manufacturing, and distribution business. Work with our on site management and facilities team to meet your business needs. This 525,000 square foot facility features beautiful wood floors, exposed brick, high ceilings, oversized operable windows and heavy floor loads. Take a look at the variety of spaces ranging from 1,200 sq. ft. suites to large open floors of 25,000 and 50,000 sq. ft.
Lawrence History Center
The mission of the Lawrence History Center is to collect, preserve, share, and interpret the history and heritage of Lawrence and its people.
The vision of the Lawrence History Center is to be the most distinguished small-city archive in New England, and a model for how such centers can survive, thrive and add value in the information age. The Center will be known for galvanizing Lawrence around its own dynamic history and potential and for engaging all those it touches — in Lawrence and beyond — in building the shared immigration story that is truly the story of this country.
